We are ready to increase our recycling from Glazing Projects

With our increased capacity and the tappering off of the Bonney Lake Project we are ready to get deeper into this market. Until recently our site capacity has prevented us from actively marketing to this segment of the local market.
Beginning in 2016 we will be looking to increase this service substantially, through our partnership with BDM.

If you are interested in this service you can contact Nathan at   PGM or Brett at BDM or (253)312-2280 for quotes and details.

Greater Capacity to Serve More Fabrication Plants

Many fab plants and window manufacturers prefer Pacific Glass Media over float plants because of our ability to accept mixed colors and loads with foreign materials. Float plants have much more restrictive standards then PGM on accepted loads.
Until recently we were at full capacity so expanding further into this market was put off. With our recent expansion and ability to ship by truck and rail we now have virtually unlimited capacity.
If you are a manager of a local fab plant and are looking for options for your waste cullet please contact us.

Automotive Glass

Pacific Glass Media does not handle automotive glass at this time. It is a very interesting market that we are looking into, we just are not too familier with the local need for this service.
Since this is a specialized material it requires a large investment in new equipment. To make this investment PGM would have to be assured of a large ongoing supply. At minimum we would need to be assured about 150 tons/month.

If you are a producer of automotive glass waste and would like to discuss the local market please contact Nathan at PGM or (253)208-6629.

More Transfer Sites

We built our Puyallup transfer site because no one would do what we needed done. Through much trial and error we have found a successful formula to transfer and handle this material to the standards we demand. We believe we can duplicate this success at several other locations in the Northwest.

So even if you think you are currently out of our reach stay in touch; we may be coming to an area near you soon.

Future of Tech in Logistics

Besides handling material at our Puyallup site we also facilitate direct to user logistics for certain customers. While doing this we have run into many issues, mostly involving communication and logging weights & types of glass.
To solve these concerns PGM is currently developing a mobile app to handle the logging in realtime, updating all users instantly and automating monthly reports.

The Beta version of this app is due mid-March 2016. Please check back for updates.
